Aluminum Spacer bending machine
l 1*1m spacer frame was bend around 17s.
l Can bend aluminum spacer /technoform /Alupro /thermix/
Swisspacer/ Stainless Steel /Allmetal Stainless Steel /option)
(Stainless steel and warm edge spacer can not exist at one time )
l Spacer automatically connect and cut.
l Machine automatically stop when the spacer use up.
l Support continuous bending , automatically avoid spacer connection while bending and cutting
l Remote control function
l USB input function ,it can read the excel data directly
l Spare parts of all machine have ID code ,convenient for after-sale service
l Heavy duty connectors ,convenience and safety for installation and debugging
l Magnetic valve use Taiwan Airtac
l German Siemens plc control systerm
l Japan Fuji servo control system
l 2/412 storage spacer units (option)
l Drill hole for gas filling(option)
l Spacer inkjet printing ,various color is available for company logo or production date(option)
